摘要
饲料抗生素的滥用使病原微生物的抗药性越来越强,给人类健康带来潜在的威胁,同时降低了畜禽产品的品质。为了减少抗生素的使用,抗生素替代产品的研究与应用引起了广大研究者和饲料生产厂家的重视。阐述了无抗饲料添加剂的分类、研究进展、存在的问题及未来发展方向,为饲料减抗、替抗技术的应用提供参考。
        The abuse of feed antibiotics make pathogenic microbes have an increasing resistance,that bring a potential threat to human health, meanwhile,the quality of livestock and poultry products has been reduced.To reduce the use of antibiotics,the researchers and feed manufacturers think highly of the application of antibiotic substitutes.We described the classification,research progress, existing problems and future development of feed additives without antibiotics,to provide a reference for the application of feed antibiotics reduction and replacement technology.
