枳椇子水提取液对急性酒精中毒家兔离体小肠运动的影响及其解酒机制探讨

摘要
目的:探讨枳椇子水提取液对急性酒精中毒家兔离体小肠运动的影响及其解酒机制研究。方法:采用在体灌胃法和离体小肠灌流法复制两种家兔急性酒精中毒模型,观察枳椇子水提液对急性酒精中毒家兔离体小肠平滑肌收缩活动的影响以及该处的解酒机制。结果:急性在体灌胃酒精中毒家兔离体实验中,枳椇子水提取液高、中剂量组、解酒灵高剂量组对离体小肠平滑肌收缩均有抑制作用(P <0.05,P <0.01));急性离体酒精中毒的家兔离体实验中,枳椇子水提取液、解酒灵各剂量组对离体小肠平滑肌收缩均有抑制作用(P <0.05,P <0.01)。结论:枳椇子水提取液对两种模型的急性酒精中毒家兔离体小肠运动均有抑制作用,其机制可能是通过抑制小肠对乙醇的吸收,减缓乙醇氧化为乙醛的速度,使产生乙醛的量减少,是否与黄酮类化合物的二氢杨梅素有关,有待进一步研究。
        Objective To investigate the effect of water extract of semen trifoliate on the movement of small intestine in rabbits with acute alcoholism and the mechanism of alcohol detoxication.Methods Two models of rabbits with acute alcoholism were replicated by the method of intragastric perfusion and isolated small intestine perfusion,and the effect of water extract on the contractile activity of isolated small intestinal smooth muscle of rabbits with acute alcoholism and the mechanism of alcohol removal were observed.Result In vitro experiment of acute alcoholic intoxication in rabbits:the high dose group and the middle dose group of the water extract of trifoliate and high dose detoxication of alcohol group had inhibitory effect on the contractile of isolated small intestine smooth muscle(P<0.05,P<0.01).In the isolated experiment of acute alcohol intoxication in rabbits:the group of the water extract of trifoliate and detoxication of alcohol in each dose was inhibited contraction of intestinal smooth muscle(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The water extract of trifoliate can inhibit the isolated small intestine movement of two models of acute alcoholism.The mechanism may be that inhibiting the absorption of ethanol to the small intestine,slowing down the oxidation of ethanol into acetaldehyde,and then reducing the amount of acetaldehyde.The question of whether it is related to the flavonoids of the two hydrogen myricetinm is to be studied further.
