摘要
在云南某乳业有限公司废水处理改造中采用UASB-两级生物接触氧化组合工艺,处理规模为1 500 m~3·d~(-1)。工艺运行效果表明:出水水质稳定达标,BOD5、COD_(cr)、SS、氨氮值等均优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)一级标准的A标。A/O/A/O段采用两级生物接触氧化工艺,减少了工艺产泥量,降低了企业运营费用。同时,污泥通过生物消化技术,沼气通过分离器技术后,可实现资源化再生利用。
UASB and two-stage biological contact oxidation process was combined to apply to treat the wastewater of a dairy company in Yunnan Province. The treatment capacity was 1 500 m~3·d~(-1). The results show that output water quality is up to standard with parameters like BOD5, COD_(cr), SS and ammonia nitrogen at A-level of the first grade of "Cities Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard"(GB18918—2002). The biological contact oxidation process was used in the section A/O/A/O, so as to reduce sludge production and the running costs of the enterprise. The sludge is reused through biological digestion and methane is reused through separator technology.
