改性钛白粉在乳胶漆中分散性分析及其耐水性评价的研究

摘要
采用钛酸酯AP100和硅烷KH550分别对钛白粉进行表面改性,并填充到乳胶漆中进行对比率和耐水性测试。对改性后的钛白粉进行了FITR分析,探讨了偶联剂在粉体表面的作用方式。改性后的钛白粉在乳胶漆中分散性有明显的提升,对乳胶漆的对比率有明显提高,当改性后钛白粉的填充量到25%时,对比率达到93%。进行耐水性测试后,改性钛白粉填充的乳胶漆涂层没有出现粉化和明显失光等现象。
        Titanium dioxide was surface modified by titanate AP100 and silane KH550, respectively. In order to test the ratio and water resistance of latex paint, titanium dioxide was added to latex paint. FITR analysis of modified titanium dioxide was carried out, and the way of action of coupling agent on powder surface was discussed. The dispersion of modified titanium dioxide in latex paint was significantly improved, and the ratio of paint was significantly increased. When the content of modified titanium dioxide increased to 25 %, the ratio reached 93 %. After the water resistance test, the emulsion paint coating filled with modified titanium dioxide did not appear pulverization and obvious loss of light.
