香砂六君子汤治疗晚期胃癌患者临床观察

摘要
目的探讨香砂六君子汤在治疗晚期胃癌患者中的临床疗效。方法选择郑州大学附属肿瘤医院2016年10月—2018年1月接收治疗的晚期胃癌行手术的患者84例,按照患者入院先后顺序进行标记,奇数号作为对照组,偶数号作为观察组,每组42例。术后对照组采用西药联合治疗方案,观察组患者采用香砂六君子汤口服治疗,7 d为一个疗程,连续治疗14个疗程,观察2组患者临床疗效、生活质量改善情况及不良反应发生率。结果观察组与对照组治疗的总有效率分别为83. 33%(35/42)、59. 52%(25/42),比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患者生活质量改善程度为85. 71%,对照组患者改善程度为64. 29%,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后观察组患者不良反应发生率为11. 90%,对照组不良反应发生率达到了38. 10%,差异亦有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论采用香砂六君子汤治疗晚期胃癌患者,临床治疗效果较为明显,有效调理了患者的脾胃,而且对患者机体的不良反应小,提高了患者的生活质量,是临床上值得推荐的治疗胃癌的方剂。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in treating patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods 84 patients with advanced gastric cancer who underwent surgery from October 2016 to January 2018 in the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Zhengzhou University were chosen. The patients were marked up according to the order of admission. The odd number was as the control group and the even number was as the observation group,with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine combined treatment. The patients in the observation group were treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction for 7 days,and the treatment was continued for 14 cycles. The clinical efficacy,quality of life improvement and incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 83. 33%( 35/42) and 59. 52%( 25/42). The differences were with statistical significance( P < 0. 05). The improvement of quality of life in the observation group was 85. 71%,the improvement degree of the control group was 64. 29%,and there were with statistical differences( P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11. 90%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 38. 10%. The differences were with statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction has obvious clinical treatment effect,can effectively regulate the spleen and stomach of patients,and has less toxic and side effects on the patient's body,thus improving the quality of life of patients. It is a clinically recommended treatment prescription for gastric cancer.
