物理封堵剂AquaSeal的室内评价及应用

摘要
针对泥页岩地层失稳问题,由软性材料和可变形材料复配制备了一种物理封堵剂Aqua Seal。室内通过静态和动态两种封堵形式,选用砂床、PPT砂盘和动态滤失封堵对比评价了其封堵能力,同时考察了其对膨润土基浆、PEM体系流变性能的影响。评价结果表明,在膨润土基浆中加入3%物理封堵剂Aqua Seal,可将基浆砂床滤失量由70 m L降至11. 2 m L;在PEM体系基浆中加入3%物理封堵剂Aqua Seal,可将PEM体系基浆PPT滤失量由26 m L降至7. 2 m L,且对膨润土基浆和PEM体系基浆流变性影响均很小;动滤失评价实验表明,加入常规封堵剂的PEM钻井液动滤失速率随着时间延长而增大,由0. 012 m L/min增大至0. 02 m L/min;而加3%物理封堵剂Aqua Seal的PEM钻井液的动滤失速率随着时间延长而减小,其动滤失速率从初始的0. 06 m L/min降至0. 015 m L/min,且有继续减小的趋势,体现出与常规封堵剂不同的封堵能力。在米桑油田的应用表明,物理封堵剂Aqua Seal能够进一步提高钻井液封堵能力,且对流变性能影响较小。测井数据显示,该井径平均扩大率约5%,比早期仅使用常规封堵剂钻探井的井径规则,取得了较好的效果。
        To deal with shale instability,a plugging material-AquaSeal-is prepared by the synergism of soft materials and deformable materials. By sand beds,PPT sand panel and dynamic filtration contrast its dynamic and static plugging ability has been evaluated,its effects on the rheological properties of bentonite slurry and PEM system is also studied. Evaluation results show that adding 3% AquaS eal in the bentonite base slurry can reduce the sand bed filtration from 70 mL to 11. 2 mL.Adding 3% AquaS eal in the PEM system,the PPT filtration volume can be decreased from 26 to 7. 2 mL. And its effects on the bentonite slurry and PEM system are low. Comparing the dynamic filtration rate of PEM mud with conventional plugging agent and PEM mud with 3% AquaS eal,the dynamic filtration rate when adding normal plugging agent was increased from 0. 012 mL/min to 0. 02 mL/min,while that of adding AquaS eal decreased from 0. 06 mL/min to 0. 015 mL/min. The plugging mechanisation of AquaS eal is different from the conventional plugging agent. AquaS eal has been successfully used in a well at Maysan Oilfield,Iraq,AquaS eal could enhance the plugging ability and didn't affect the rheology of drilling fluid,and the logging data showed well diameter enlargedabout 5%,the well diameter was more regular than that when conventional plugging agent added.
