宿州市典型种植型家庭农场历时研究

摘要
为了解宿州市典型种植型家庭农场发展状况,运用田野调查和案例研究方法对宿州市典型家庭农场进行跟踪调查,从农场土地规模变化、土地来源、经营范围、资金技术与政策支持等方面分析了农场的发展变化,发现目前种植型家庭农场出现了一些新的趋势:农户开始自愿主动进行土地流转、契约合同逐渐适应土地流转需要、农作物种植方式多样化、联合体模式发展壮大;同时,农场经营中也存在着人才匮乏、基础设施落后、经营资金不足、农产品品牌附加值不高等问题。
In order to understand the development of typical planting family farms in Suzhou,field investigation and case study methods are used to select Heyong planting family farm in Huigu Town and Wangchen planting family farm in Sixian County as research objects. Based on the follow-up survey of typical family farms,the development and changes of farms are analyzed from the aspects of the change of land scale,the source of the land,business scope,fund technology and policy support. It finds that there are some new trends in planting family farms: farmers begin to voluntarily and actively transfer land; the contract gradually adapts to the needs of land transfer; diversified crop cultivation methods and the development of the consortium model. At the same time,there are also problems in farm management,such as lack of talents,backward infrastructure,insufficient operating funds,and low added value of agricultural products brand.
