摘要
以邻氨基苯甲酸为原料,通过重氮化、二硒醚化、氯化和缩合反应,合成得到2-(4'-羧基苯基)-1,2-苯并异硒唑-3(H)-酮,化合物结构经HR-MS、~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR表征,采用XRD测定其单晶结构,该晶体属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,晶胞参数a=2.0641(3)nm,b=0.5000(17)nm,c=1.2046(1)nm,β=97.495(3)°,V=1.2326(6)nm~3,Dc=1.715 g·cm~3,Z=4,F(000)=632.0。初步抑菌试验发现该化合物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌有一定的抑菌活性(CCDC:1576226)。
        Anthranilic acid was used as raw material.2-(4'-carboxyl phenyl)-1,2-benzoisoselenazole-3(H)-ketone was synthesized by the diazo-reaction,the disselenenylation,the chlorination and followed by the condensation reaction.The crystal structure was determined by HR-MS,~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR spectra and XRD.The crystal belongs to monoclinic,P2_1/c space group,lattice parameter of a = 2.0641(3) nm,b = 0.5000(17) nm,c = 1.2046(1) nm,β = 97.495(3) °,V = 1.2326(6) nm~3,Dc= 1.715 g·cm~3,Z = 4,F(000) = 632.0.Preliminary bacteriostatic test showed that the compound had the inhibition activity on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli(CCDC:1576226).
