摘要
新疆细毛羊为季节性发情动物,大多数细毛羊每年产1胎,多为1胎单羔。因此,受胎率是决定养羊经济效益的关键因素之一。定时输精技术可以有效地提高母畜的利用率和受胎率,已成为养羊生产中的一项重要技术。为了提高绵羊的繁殖效率,本试验采取3种不同方法分别对青年母羊进行同期发情处理,比较研究了发情后不同定时输精技术及输精时间对受胎率的影响。结果表明,3种同期发情的处理方法均取得了较高的同期发情率,其中CIDR栓+PGF2α方法的同期发情效果较好;青年母羊最佳定时输精技术是腹腔镜输精技术;最佳输精时间为发情后的48 h。
        Xinjiang fine-wool sheep are seasonal estrus animals, and most fine-wool sheep produce one child per year, mostly onechild single lamb. Therefore, the conception rate is one of the key factors determining the economic benefits of raising sheep. Timed insemination technology can effectively improve the utilization rate and conception rate of female animals. This technology has become an important practical technology in sheep production. In order to improve the reproductive efficiency of sheep, this experiment adopts three different methods to deal with the estrus of young ewes. The effects of different timing infusion techniques and insemination time on conception rate after estrus were compared. The results showed that of the three simultaneous estrus treatment methods had a higher estrus rate, and the CIDR suppository+PGF2α method had better estrus at the same time; the best timed insemination technique for young ewes was laparoscopic insemination technique. The best insemination time is 48 h after estrus.
