医用聚氨酯亲水泡沫的制备工艺研究

摘要
分别采用聚醚多元醇(PPG)与二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)一步法、PPG与2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)一步法、TDI亲水预聚体二步法等3种反应体系制备聚氨酯亲水泡沫。通过吸液倍率、亲水性、保水倍率、溶胀率、硬度及孔结构等性能对比了3种体系泡沫,得到了二步法制备工艺最适合用作制备聚氨酯亲水软泡的结论,为实现聚氨酯泡沫敷料国产化奠定基础。
        Three kinds of polyurethane foam were prepared by different technologies: condensation product of epoxy propane( PPG) with diphenyl methane diisocyanate,PPG with 2,4-2 isocyanic acid methyl ester( TDI),TDI hydrophilic polymers( black material) with white material. The effect of every components on performance of the bubble are also comprehensively analyzed. This study optimized the ratio of raw materials,and explores the feasible modification methods in three system which further improve the foam properties. Finally,through the comparing on liquid absorbency rate,hydrophilic,water retention rate,swelling rate,hardness and pore structure performance of three foam systems,a conclusion have been drew that black material with white material system is most suitable for polyurethane medical dressings.
