马占相思树干叶片与木屑对紫芝生长的影响

摘要
为提高相思树加工副产品的利用率,同时拓宽紫芝栽培原料,开展了马占相思树加工中产生的干叶片与木屑对紫芝生长影响试验。结果表明:培养基中添加马占相思干叶片粉碎物对紫芝生长具有一定的促进作用。PDA母种培养基中添加相思干叶片100~150 g/L,可提高菌丝生长速度至79~85 mm/d;原种、栽培种培养基中分别添加150~250、200~300 g/kg的马占相思叶片,菌丝生长速度分别达到65、94 mm/d,明显高于对照;菌丝长满菌瓶的时间分别比对照缩短5~6 d;马占相思木屑与棉籽壳以45∶48(w/w)比例配比的出菇培养基中添加200~250 g/kg干叶片,可使生物学转化率达69%~73%。
        In order to increase the utilization rate of by-products of processed Acacia mangium,and broaden the raw materials for cultivation of Ganoderma sinense,we conducted experiments to study the effects of dried leaf and sawdust from A.mangium on the growth of G.sinense.The results showed that adding the smashed A.mangium dried leaves into culture medium had a certain promoting effect on the growth of G.sinense.Adding 100 ~ 150 g/L A.mangium dried leaves into PDA medium for mother strain could increase the mycelial growth rate of G.sinense to 79 ~ 85 mm/d.Adding 150 ~ 250 g/kg(or 200 ~ 300 g/kg) A.mangium dried leaves into PDA medium for protospecies(or cultispecies) could increase the mycelial growth rate to 65 mm/d(or 94 mm/d),which was obviously higher than that of the control.The mycelial overgrowth time of G.sinense in the PDA medium added by A.mangium dried leaves was 5 ~ 6 days shorter than that of the control.Adding 200 ~ 250 g/kg A.mangium dried leaves into the fruiting medium containing A.mangium sawdust and cottonseed hull(45 ∶ 48,w/w) could enhance the biological conversion rate to 69% ~ 73%.
