摘要
通过对Q460C产品组织和性能的对比分析,根据金相组织和断口形貌特征,重点分析生产过程中的温度及冷却强度控制措施。如终轧温度过低和冷却强度过高,钢板芯部组织都容易出现贝氏体,会出现混晶现象,导致延伸率降低,出现不合格产品。文章介绍了通过对轧制工艺参数的优化调整,保证了Q460C产品组织和性能的稳定。
Based on the comparative analysis of the micro-structure and properties of the products, according to the metallographic structure and fracture morphology characteristics, the rolling process parameters were optimized and adjusted. The effective control of temperature and cooling strength was emphasized in the production process. If the finishing rolling temperature was too low and the cooling strength was too high, the bainite would easily appear in the core structure of the steel plate. Mixed crystal phenomenon will occur, resulting in a decrease in elongation.
