葵花籽粕的营养价值及其在养猪生产中的合理使用

摘要
葵花籽粕的优势是含硫氨基酸含量较为丰富、氨基酸消化率较高,且不含有显著影响生产的抗营养因子,其劣势是粗纤维含量较高、赖氨酸含量较低、有效能值较低。不同来源的葵花籽粕质量差异比较大。在养猪生产中,必须结合动物的生长阶段和葵花籽粕的营养特性进行合理使用,建议在乳仔猪日粮中谨慎使用,生长猪日粮中可使用优质葵花籽粕5%~10%,育肥猪日粮可使用优质葵花籽粕10%以上。
        Sunflower seed meal has the advantages of abundant sulfur-containing amino acids, high digestibility of amino acids and no significant anti-nutritional factors affecting production. Its disadvantages includes higher crude fiber content, lower lysine content and lower effective energy value. The quality of sunflower seed meal from different sources is quite different.In pig production, sunflower seed meal should be used cautiously in the piglet diet, 5%~10% in grower or10%more in finisher diet, respectively.
