摘要
目的探究胸腺肽α1对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞凋亡的影响,为临床上对乳腺癌的治疗提供指导。方法采用体外实验,研究胸腺肽α1对人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7凋亡的影响。制备胸腺肽α1与小鼠脾细胞共培养上清,此共培养上清体外与MCF-7细胞作用48小时后,MTT法测定其对细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果 t_(0.05/2,6)=2.447,t=3.899,即t>t_(0.05/2,6),P<0.05,经过胸腺肽α1作用的乳腺癌MCF-7细胞生长受到抑制且两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腺肽α1对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的生长有抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of thymic peptidesα1 on the apoptosis of breast cancer MCF-7 cells,in order to provide guidance for the therapy of breast cancer in clinic.MethodsIn vitro experiments were carried out to study the effect of thymic peptidesα1 on the apoptosis of human breast cancer cell MCF-7.Thymic peptidesα1 was cultured with the spleen cells of mice to obtained supernatant,after 48 hours of interaction with MCF-7 cells in vitro MTT assay was performed to determine the inhibitory effect on cell proliferation.Results The growth of breast cancer MCF-7 cells was inhibited and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.899,P<0.05).Conclusions The thymic peptidesα1 could inhibit the growth of MCF-7 cells originating from breast cancer.
