<正>1病例资料患者男性,53岁,因"体检发现左肾占位1周"入院,既往有高血压病史3年,血压最高可达160/100mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),规律服用降压药,血压控制在130～145/80～95mmHg,查体:腹软,左侧中上腹可扪及一包块,质韧,活动尚可,大小及边界扪
