摘要
目的了解宁夏未经抗病毒治疗HIV感染人群的HIV耐药毒株传播情况。方法以世界卫生组织"HIV耐药警戒线监测方案"为指导,连续采集2017年7月-12月新确认的宁夏籍HIV感染者血浆样本,进行耐药基因型检测和耐药株传播水平分析。结果 35份样本完成了耐药及基因亚型鉴定,未发现针对蛋白酶抑制剂的相关突变;核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂相关突变株1例,突变位点为A62AV;非核苷类反转录酶抑制剂相关突变株4例,突变位点为V179T/E/VD。但以上突变位点均不是监测相关的突变位点。35例样本的HIV-1亚型为CRF07_BC、CRF01_AE和B亚型。结论宁夏仍属于HIV-1耐药株传播的低流行水平,应持续开展HIV耐药毒株传播的监测。
        Objective To study the HIV-1 drug resistance transmission in Ningxia. Methods Referring to the guidelines for HIV drug resistance threshold survey(HIVDR-TS),plasma samples of the newly confirmed HIV infection in Ningxia were continuously collected from July to December in 2017 for drug resistance genotype detection and analysis of drug-resistant strains. Results Thirty five samples were conducted for drug resistance test and gene subtype identification,and no related mutations for protease inhibitors were found. The mutation of nucleoside analog reverse transcriptase inhibitors was found in 1 case,and the mutation site was A62 AV; 4 cases of non-nucleoside analog reverse transcriptase inhibitors related mutations were found,and the mutation site was V179 T/E/VD. However,all of the above mutation sites are not monitoring related mutation sites. The HIV-1 subtypes of 35 cases were CRF07_BC,CRF01_AE and B subtypes. Conclusion Ningxia is at to the low prevalence of HIV-1 resistant strains and should continue to monitor the transmission of HIV resistant strains.
