摘要
为解决现在医院化验室采血试管使用手工贴标签方式效率低、易出错、不美观问题,研究了一种高效、贴标精准、出错率极低的全自动贴标机。利用上位机和ARM联合控制,通过连接医院LIS系统,可以即时同步需要做检查病人的信息,自动选取打印内容和化验的试管种类;通过ARM对旋转机构和打印时间的精准控制,使每一个带有病人信息的标签都可以平整地贴在Φ12 mm试管指定位置上;通过对机械手和步进电机控制的优化算法,实现多结构并行、最短工作距离选择、自我检测及报错等功能。设备从接收到贴标命令到完成动作出料只需4 s/支,是手工速度的7倍以上。全自动试管贴标机保证了贴标内容的准确无误,同时大大提高了贴标工作效率。
        In order to solve the problem of low efficiency, error-prone, and unaesthetic of the manual labeling method in the blood sampling tube of the hospital laboratory, a fully automatic labeling machine with high efficiency, accurate labeling, and extremely low error rate is studied. By using the host computer and ARM joint control to connect the hospital LIS system, the patient's information can be immediately synchronized, and the print content and test tube type can be selected automatically. Through ARM's the rotating mechanism and precise control of printing time, each label with patient information can be flatly attached to the specified position of the Φ12 mm test tube. Multi-structure parallel, shortest working distance selection, self-detection, and error reporting can be achieved through optimization algorithms for robot and stepper motor control. The equipment only needs 4 s/piece from the receipt of the labeling command to the completion of the action, and the speed is 7 times more than manual work. The automatic test tube labeling machine ensures the accuracy of the labeling content and greatly improves the efficiency.
