摘要
针对产品模块化设计问题,考虑了零部件之间的非对称及两两模块之间关联关系,提出了一种产品模块划分方法。通过设计结构矩阵来表达产品零部件之间的关联关系,利用FCM算法对零部件进行聚类,分析了两两模块之间可能存在不同的依赖关系,以模块内聚度和模块间耦合度为目标,建立了模块度准则,从而得到合理的模块划分方案。最后以起重机吊钩组为实例说明了产品模块划分过程。
        As for module design, the method of product module partition based on the asymmetric relationship among the components and the relationship between two modules is proposed. First, the relationship among the components is expressed by means of design structure matrix(DSM), and the FCM algorithm is applied to cluster the components. Then, various dependencies between two modules are analyzed, and the modularity metric is set forth based on the cohesion degree within the modules and coupling degree between the modules. Thus, the reasonable scheme of module partition is worked out. Finally, an example of crane hook assembly is applied to describe the process of product module partition.
