摘要
连续7年方案几乎未变的旅游酒店服务全国技能大赛,在提升行业地位、培育严谨学风的同时,某种程度上固化了思维,慢化了技能教学的创新与发展。适应酒店行业变化,对接饭店星评标准和世界技能大赛,增加西餐元素,调整、丰富竞赛内容,切实让国赛在酒店服务职业教育中发挥风向标的作用。同时,在国赛项目适度精简的趋势下,更应科学设计方案,严谨组织办赛,使大赛行稳致远。
The National Skills Competition of Tourist Hotel Service,whose plan has remained unchanged in the past seven years,not only raises the industrial status and cultivates rigorous academic style,but also solidifies thoughts and slows down the innovation and development of skill education.The Competition should adapt to the hotel industry change,bring into line with hotel star ranking standard and international skills competition,increase western cuisine elements,adjust and enrich competition contents to make a difference and play the indicative role in hotel vocational education.Meanwhile,the plan of the competition items must be more scientific and meticulous in competition running under the tendency of moderate streamline to achieve sustainable development.
