高铁快递的竞争力分析

摘要
本文从高铁快递外部发展环境入手,分析快递市场总体情况、高铁快递发展宏观环境和主要竞争对手,说明当前适合发展高铁快递。接着,利用SWOT法分析高铁快递自身优劣势、发展机会和威胁,从运输技术保障、市场分析和经济效益分析方面论证高铁快递具有较强的竞争力和发展潜力。最后,提出高铁快递专列是未来的发展趋势;并根据发展情况分为三个阶段,分别提出运营模式;提出其它提高竞争力的建议。
Proceeding from the external develop environment of high-speed railway express, the paper analyzes the overall situation of the express market, the macro-environment of high-speed railway express development and the main competitors, indicating that the current situation is suitable for high-speed railway express. Then,analyzing high-speed railway express via the SWOT method, and demonstrating strong competitiveness and great development potential of high-speed railway express on the aspects of transportation technology support,market analysis and economic benefit analysis. In the end, the paper points out that freight train on highspeed railway express is future trend; and divides it into three stages according to the development situation,corresponding three different operation modes; and puts forward other advices to improve the competitiveness.
