摘要
目的探究不稳定性心绞痛患者血管内皮生长因子水平变化及其相关因素。方法以2017年1月~2018年12月收治的不稳定性心绞痛患者90例为研究对象;同时选择30例诊断为X综合征的患者作为对照组,采用Gensini评分反映冠脉狭窄程度,反应性充血指数(RHI)反映血管内皮功能,收集两组患者VEGF、Gensini评分、RHI、血糖、血脂等指标;年龄、性别、基础疾病等临床资料;比较两组患者的VEGF,并采用多元线性回归法分析VEGF相关因素。结果不稳定性心绞痛组患者Gensini评分、VEGF显著高于对照组;RHI显著低于对照组,其余指标无显著差异;VEGF水平与Gensini评分呈正相关,与RHI呈负相关。结论不稳定性心绞痛患者的VEGF水平显著升高,且与血管内皮功能及冠脉狭窄程度密切相关,可以作为评价冠状动脉病变程度的生化指标。
        Objective To investigate the changes of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) levels and related factors in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods Ninety patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted to our department from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study. Thirty patients with diagnosis of X syndrome were selected as control group, and Gensini score was used to reflect coronary stenosis. Degree, reactive hyperemia index(RHI) reflects vascular endothelial function, collecting VEGF, Gensini score, RHI, blood glucose, blood lipids and other indicators in the two groups; age, gender, underlying disease and other clinical data; comparing VEGF of the two groups of patients, and Multivariate linear regression was used to analyze VEGF related factors. Results The Gensini score and VEGF of the patients with unstable angina were significantly higher than those of the control group. The RHI was significantly lower than that of the control group. There were no significant differences among the other indicators. The VEGF level was positively correlated with the Gensini score and negatively correlated with RHI. Conclusion The VEGF of patients with unstable angina is significantly increased, and it is closely related to vascular endothelial function and degree of coronary stenosis. It can be used as a biochemical index to evaluate the extent of coronary artery disease.
