摘要

教学是地方高校一切工作的核心内容,教务秘书队伍建设对保障教学质量、提升高校竞争力具有重要意义。高校教务秘书队伍建设要强化两种意识、实现三个转变,即强化以教学质量为中心、强化过程管理的意识、管理理念上由管理学生向服务学生转变、管理指向上由注重结果向注重过程转变、管理方式上由金字塔型向网络平台转变。要完善教务秘书的选拔机制,健全教务秘书队伍的培训机制。
        Teaching is the top priority of the local colleges;the team building of the educational administration secretaries is of great importance for ensuring the teaching quality,promoting the competitiveness of colleges.It should center on improving teaching quality and process management,and realize three transformations:transformation of administration philosophy from managing students to serving students,transformation of administration orientation from result to process,transformation of administration method from pyramid to network platform.
