山东省消化内镜室护士职业防护知信行现状调查

摘要
目的:调查山东省二、三级医院消化内镜室护士职业防护知识、态度、行为现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:应用信效度良好的职业防护知信行调查问卷,采用分层抽样法、整群抽样法相结合的方法,以2∶1比例抽取山东省17地市三级医院、二级医院共79家消化内镜室的护士作为调查对象,通过发放问卷的形式,比较高效、准确地开展山东省17地市消化内镜室护理人员职业防护知信行现状。结果:消化内镜室护士职业防护知识、态度、行为得分分别为(10.28±1.37)分、(90.14±10.21)分、(96.98±10.39)分,知识与态度、态度与行为呈正相关(P<0.05)。消化内镜室护士职业防护知识的影响因素为:医院的级别、是否参加培训;态度的影响因素为:职务、医院级别、健康状况、工作强度满意度;行为的影响因素为:初始学历、健康状况、工作强度满意度;总得分的影响因素为职务、医院级别、健康状况、是否参加培训、工作强度满意度。结论:山东省消化内镜室护士职业防护知识、态度、行为有待进一步提升。针对薄弱环节,提出增强消化内镜室护士职业防护能力的可行性意见及建议,为上级医疗机构制定消化内镜室护理人员职业安全防护的管理与培训等相关政策提供理论依据。
Objective: To investigate the current status of KAP( knowledge,attitude,and practice) of occupational protection among nurses in digestive endoscopy room of the first level and the second level hospitals of Shandong Province,and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods: A questionnaire with a good reliability and validity of KAP of occupational protection and attitude survey was adopted. A stratified sampling method and a cluster sampling method were used to collect 79 nurses in digestive endoscopy room of the first level hospitals and the second level hospitals in 2∶1 ration of 17 cities in Shandong Province. Through the form of questionnaire,the current status of KAP of occupational protection and information of nursing staff in digestive endoscopy room in 17 cities of Shandong Province was carried out efficiently and accurately. Results: The scores of knowledge,attitude and practice about occupational protection among nurses in digestive endoscopy room were( 10. 28 ± 1. 37),( 90. 14 ± 10. 21),and( 96. 98 ± 10. 39) respectively,and there was a positive correlation between knowledge and attitude,attitude and practice( P < 0. 05). The influencing factors of KAP knowledge of occupation protection among nurses in digestive endoscopy room are the hospital level and whether to participate in training; the influencing factors of KAP attitude are position,hospital level,health status,and work satisfaction; the influencing factors of KAP behavior are initial education,health status and work intensity of satisfaction. The influencing factors of total score are the position and the hospital level,health status,whether to participate in the training and the intensity of work satisfaction. Conclusion: The KAP of occupational protection for nurses in digestive endoscopy room in Shandong Province need to be further improved. In view of the weak links,we put forward the feasible suggestions to enhance the occupational protection ability of the digestive endoscopy room nurses,so as to provide theoretical basis for the higher medical institutions to formulate relevant policies such as management and training of occupational safety protection in the digestive endoscopy room.
