基于数据挖掘的马文辉治疗类风湿关节炎用药规律研究

摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5),发掘马文辉治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的组方规律及用药特色。方法:收集2015年1月至2017年1月就诊于山西中医药大学附属医院风湿科的RA患者信息,进行频数分析、聚类分析及关联分析。结果:收集样本147例,得到方剂172首,涉及中药148味,挖掘出核心组合15个,新处方5个。结论:马文辉治疗RA,基于协调疗法的原则,以营卫倾移为核心机制,遵循寒热并用、攻补兼施、扶正祛邪,擅用藤类药以祛风通络,继用补肝肾、益气血、调营卫以扶正固本,清热解毒与活血化瘀贯穿始终。
Objective: To discover the medication laws and characteristics of chief physician MA Wen-hui in treating rheumatoid arthritis(RA) based on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) inheritance support platform. Methods: The information of RA patients in department of rheumatism of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Chinese medicine from January 2015 to January 2017 was collected. The frequency analysis, cluster analysis and correlation analysis were carried out. Results: 147 samples were collected and 172 prescriptions were obtained, involving 148 flavors of Chinese materia medica, 15 core combinations and 5 new prescriptions. Conclusion: Chief physician MA obeyed the principles of ‘combined therapy of cooling with warming', ‘purgation-tonifying' and ‘supporting healthy energy to eliminate evils' underlying the guide of coordinate therapy approach and the core mechanism of disharmony between yingfen and weifen in treating RA. Firstly, he was good at dispelling wind with dredging collaterals and paying attention to rattan drugs. Secondly, he used the therapies of ‘nourishing liver and kidney', ‘replenishing qi and blood' and ‘harmonizing yingfen and weifen' to support the healthy energy. Lastly, ‘clearing heat and removing toxicity' and ‘activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis' therapy was throughout.
