工程项目整合管理系统研究

摘要
阐述了工程项目整合管理系统的构成及理论基础,分析了石油工程施工项目整合管理中组织整合、过程整合、项目"干系人"信息整合、文化整合等子系统,认为项目组织结构影响项目组织整合效应、管理流程决定项目团队过程整合能力、"干系人"信息整合是实现项目管理增值的关键手段。通过对中国石油天然气第一建设公司独山子项目经理部组织整合实践案例的分析,表明项目整合管理有利于提高资源的优化配置及项目管理增值水平。
Based on the description about the construction and theoretical basis of project integration management system,this paper analyzes the sub-systems of organization integration,process integration,project "stakeholders" information integration,and cultural integration in the integration management of petroleum engineering construction projects.It is found out that the project organization structure influences the project organization integration effect,while the management process determines the project team's process integration ability,and information integration of "stakeholders" is the key means to realize the value-added of project management.Through the case analysis about the organization and integration of Dushanzi Project Manager Department of First Construction Co.,Ltd.of CPNG,it is demonstrated that project integrating management is beneficial for improving the optimization collocation of resources and the value-added level of project management.
