腰疝5例临床诊治分析

<正>腰疝是一种临床比较罕见的腹外疝,常见于年老消瘦的男性患者,可能由于腰背部肌肉筋膜先天发育异常、腰部外伤、腰背部手术及其他非外伤因素所致。它可以从腰上三角或腰下三角突出,以腰上三角突出为主~([1])。本文对中国医科大学附属第一医院普通外科2015年1月—2017年12月收治的5例腰疝病例资料进行回顾性分析。1临床资料1.1病例资料本组病例男性2例,女性3例,年
