摘要
目的探讨乙醇对高脂饮食SD大鼠体内氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)的影响。方法选取6周龄雄性SD大鼠16只均喂食高脂饲料,随机分成对照组、乙醇组[50%乙醇,1 ml/(100 g·d)]。于实验前及8周后测定大鼠总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)以及ox-LDL。结果两组实验前后的TC、TG、HDL、LDL、ox-LDL均有明显变化(P<0.05),乙醇组8周后的ox-LDL水平较对照组明显升高(P<0.05),两组的TC、TG、HDL、LDL差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论摄入乙醇可使SD大鼠血清中ox-LDL明显升高。
Objective To investigate the influence of Ethanol intake on serum oxidized low-density lipoprotein in rats fed with high fat diet.Methods 16 male SD rats with 6 weeks of age were fed with high fat diet,and these 16 rats were randomly divided into control group and Ethanol group(50% Ethanol,1 ml/(100 g·d).The total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),low-density lipoprotein(LDL) and oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL)levels of blood serum were determined before experiment and after 8 weeks experiment.Results The TC,TG,HDL,LDL and ox-LDL had a significant change in both two group before and after experiment(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the ox-LDL levelof blood serum was obviously increased in ethanol group(P<0.05),but TC,TG,HDL and LDL had no significant difference in both groups(P >0.05).Conclusion Intake of ethanol can significantly increase ox-LDL in serum of SD rats.
