摘要
胶装砂浆直接影响着电瓷产品的质量,早强、快硬且后期性能稳定的免养护胶装砂浆在电瓷制造过程中具有重要意义。在以硫铝酸盐水泥为主要胶凝材料的砂浆中引入了Li_2CO_3、Ca(NO_2)_2、超细CaCO_3和硅灰等外加组分,获得了早期强度高,后期强度稳定的电瓷用胶装砂浆,其1 d的抗折强度可达10. 3 MPa,28 d抗折强度仍可保持为11. 7 MPa。该砂浆具有良好的工作性能,凝结速度快,体积变化小等特征,可用作免养护的电瓷胶装砂浆。
        Maintenance-free cement compo with early strength,fast setting and stable late performance directly affects the quality of insulator productions,which has a great impact on electrical-ceramic manufacturing process. Li_2CO_3、Ca( NO_2)_2、superfine CaCO_3 and silica fume were introduced into the cement compo,which uses sulphoaluminate cement as cementitious materials to obtain high early strength and stable late strength. The flexural strength at 1 d is up to 10. 3 MPa and can still be maintained to 11. 7 MPa at 28 d. The Cement compo is also characterized by good workability,fast setting and small volume changes,which can be used for maintenance-free insulator cement compo.
