建筑遗产室内历史环境再利用的整合对策

摘要
合理有效、适宜性的再利用策略,是决定建筑遗产室内历史环境保护与再利用实践成功与否的关键。本文阐述了存遗更新的再利用模式和策略,提出应慎重处理历史部分和更新部分的关系,应准确评估室内历史环境遗存的价值,应选择适宜性的再利用模式和策略。在室内历史环境再利用过程中尊重历史、凸显价值,并利用现代技术手段和艺术设计使其合理再生或适应性再利用,才能真正实现建筑遗产室内历史环境的保护与再利用。最后,本文结合荷兰多明尼肯教堂书店室内历史环境保护和再利用案例对存遗更新策略的合理性和利弊得失进行了评析,总结经验和教训,为正在进行的和即将进行的建筑遗产室内历史环境的保护和再利用提供借鉴和指导。
The key of protection and reuse of indoor historical environment in architectural heritage is reasonable, effective and suitable reuse strategies. This paper explains the reuse modes and strategies of rebuilding heritage, points out that handling the relationship between the historical part and the rebuilt part should be careful, the value of indoor historical environment should be evaluated accurately and suitable reuse modes and strategies should be chosen. In the process of indoor historical environment reuse, it is significant to respect history, highlight value and make architectural heritage reuse by modern technical methods and art design. Only in this way,can the indoor historical environment in architectural heritage be effectively protected and reused. In the end, this paper takes interior conservation and reuse of the Dominican church bookstore in the Netherlands as an example, analyzing the pros and cons of upgrading strategies and summarizing experience and lessons, which provides reference and guidance for the ongoing and upcoming protection and reuse of indoor historical environment in architectural heritage.
