微量元素硒在羊生产中应用的研究进展

摘要
硒作为动物必需的微量元素之一,不仅可以预防动物的某些疾病,还可以促进动物的生长发育,对维持动物正常生长发育和生产有着极其重要的作用。本文综述了羊生产中常用的硒源,补硒对羊生长性能、繁殖性能、抗氧化性能、免疫功能、肉品质的影响,缺硒对羊的危害,以期为缺硒地区羊的生产和理论研究提供参考。
        As one of the essential trace elements of animals,selenium can not only prevent certain diseases of animals but also promote the growth and development of animals,which plays an extremely important role in maintaining the normal growth,development and production of animals.This article described the common selenium sources used in sheep production,the effects of selenium supplementation on growth performance,reproductive performance,antioxidant performance,immune function and meat quality of sheep,and the harm of selenium deficiency on sheep.It aims to provide reference for the production and theoretical study of sheep in selenium-deficient regions.
