一种基于全寿命周期管理的配电网规划方案比选方法
摘要
为了全面评估电网规划方案的经济性和可靠性,在电网规划成本中引入资产全寿命周期管理的概念,本文从资产全寿命周期管理理论出发,分析电网资产全寿命周期管理的特点,然后通过对典型地区规划方案全寿命成本的计算进行方案比选,结论表明全寿命周期管理能够为企业节约可观的成本,促进经济效益的显著提升。
In order to fully evaluate the economy and reliability of power grid planning schemes, introduce the concept of the life cycle management in power grid planning cost. Improve the economy selection process of power grid planning schemes, and achieve good results. On the basis of the life cycle management theory, this paper analyzes the characteristics of life cycle management of the power grid assets, compare different scenarios by calculating the full life-cycle cost of typical areas afterwards.The results showed that the full life-cycle management can save significant cost for the enterprise and improve economic benefits significantly.
