摘要
益生菌制剂是一类用有益菌制成的微生物制剂,具有营养调理的作用,能够抑制有害菌的数目,调整畜禽肠道微生物区系平衡,从而增强畜禽机体免疫力促进动物机体健康和提高生产性能。随着人们食品和环境安全意识的提高,使用非病原性且无毒的益生菌制剂成为畜禽养殖的发展趋势。本文现对益生菌制剂在育肥猪养殖中的应用研究进展进行阐述。
        Probiotic is a kind of microbial preparations made from beneficial bacteria.It can improve nutrition,inhibit harmful bacteria and adjust the balance of intestinal microflora of livestock and poultry.Thus enhance the immunity,promote health and improve production performance of livestock and poultry.With the increasing awareness of food safety and environment protection,the use of non-pathogenic and non-toxic probiotic preparations has become a trend in livestock and poultry breeding.In this paper,the application and research of probiotics on growing-finishing pigs were reviewed.
