摘要
为深入了解灯盏花主要农艺性状和经济性状间的相关性,高效地选育新品种,本试验在田间选择了100株灯盏花植株,测定了主要农艺性状与活性成分含量,并进行了相关性分析。研究发现灯盏花单株间叶片数、分支数、干重和活性成分含量均差异巨大,叶片数、分支数、单株干重、活性成分含量均相差10倍以上,灯盏乙素最高含量为3.38%,最低仅有0.11%。相关分析表明,灯盏花单株干重与叶片数和分支数显著正相关,两类成分(灯盏乙素和咖啡酰奎宁酸酯类)含量也为正相关。同时,尽管叶片数、分支数和干重与活性成分含量负相关,但是与经济产量成正相关。通过研究发现,灯盏花单株产量主要由叶片数和分支数决定,灯盏乙素含量与咖啡酰奎宁酸酯类的含量正相关。因此,育种中可以选择多分支、多叶片和高灯盏乙素含量的单株建立群体,培育出高产、高经济产量的专用型新品种。
        In order to understand the correlation between the main agronomic traits and economic characters of Erigeron breviscapus and make new variety breeding efficiently, 100 plants of Erigeron breviscapus in the field were selected to measure the main agronomic traits and active component content, and then the correlation analysis was carried out. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the number of leaves,branches, dry weight and active component content of per plant. The differences of leaf number, branch number,dry weight of per plant and active component content were more than 10 times. The highest content of scutellarin was 3.38%, while the lowest was 0.11%. The correlation analysis showed that the dry weight of per Erigeron breviscapus was positively correlated with leaf number and branch number, and the contents of two components(scutellarin and caffeic acid quinic acid esters) were also positively correlated. At the same time, although the number of leaves, the number of branches and the dry weight were negatively correlated with the content of active components, they were positively related to the economic yield. The study found that yield per plant of Erigeron breviscapus was mainly determined by the number of leaves and branches, and the content of scutellarin and caffeoylquinic acid esters were positively correlated. Therefore, in breeding, multi branch, multi leaf plant with high content of scutellarin could be selected to establish groups and breed new special varieties for high yield and economy yield.
