摘要
在中国石油哈尔滨石化公司45万t/a柴油加氢改质装置中,以-20~#催化裂化(FCC)柴油为原料,分别采用精制方案和降凝方案对FHUDS-8催化剂工业应用进行了标定。结果表明:FHUDS-8催化剂具有较好的原料适应性和加氢活性;与降凝方案相比,采用精制方案的氢气消耗量高,空速低,柴油收率提高了4.35个百分点;在-20~# FCC柴油中掺炼质量分数为30%的常二线柴油后,不仅生产出含硫量达到国Ⅴ柴油标准的产品,而且还可以生产出终馏点为171℃,收率高于10%的粗汽油。
        With-20~# fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) diesel as raw material, the hydrofining and pour point depressing scheme was adopted respectively, and the industrial application of FHUDS-8 catalyst was demarcated in a 0.45 Mt/a diesel hydroupgrading unit of Harbin Petrochemical Company, PetroChina.The results showed that FHUDS-8 catalyst had the better material adaptability and hydrogenation activity.Compared with the pour point depressing scheme, the refining scheme had higher hydrogen consumption,lower space velocity and the diesel yield increased by 4.35 percentage points.After blending the mass fraction of 30% atmospheric second-line diesel, the products with sulphur content could meet the requirements of national standard Ⅴ, and the crude gasoline was also produced with the final distillation point 171 ℃ and yield higher than 10%.
