门冬氨酸钾镁用于室性心律失常的临床效果分析

摘要
目的:研究门冬氨酸钾镁用于室性心律失常中的临床疗效。方法:选择室性心律失常患者100例,按照奇偶数字分组法随机分成A、B两组(n=50)。A组应用胺碘酮和门冬氨酸钾镁,B组应用胺碘酮。分析两组临床症状的缓解情况,比较住院时间等指标。结果:A组的治疗总有效率为96.0%,明显高于B组的84.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的住院时间明显短于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在室性心律失常常规胺碘酮治疗的基础上对患者辅以门冬氨酸钾镁治疗,可显著改善其心功能,提高病情控制效果。
Objective Examining the clinical efficacy of potassium magnesium aspartate on ventricular arrhythmias.Method One hundred patients with ventricular arrhythmias were selected and randomly divided into groups A and B(n=50) by odd-even digital grouping method.Amiodarone and magnesium aspartate were used in group A,and amiodarone was used in group B.The clinical symptoms of the two groups were analyzed and the length of hospital stays was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in group A(96.0%) was significantly higher than in group B(84.0%),the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospital stays of patients in group A was significantly shorter than those in group B,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment with amiodarone for ventricular arrhythmias,the heart function of the patients and the effect of controlling the progress of the disease can be significantly improved by supplementing potassium magnesium aspartate.
