摘要
目的该文对日常工作中碰到的Force FX-8C电刀故障进行了分析总结,为快速定位故障并维修设备提供理论支持并方便与同行进行设备维修经验的交流与学习。方法通过研究电刀的原理图和阅读芯片手册,弄清电刀的硬件组成和工作原理,根据错误代码对设备故障进行定位,并利用示波器、万用表等测量工具进行电路信号测量。结果对日常工作中遇到的四种常见故障从电路原理上明确了原因,并深入了解低压电源电路、射频输出电路、控制电路、高压电源电路的原理,确定了故障器件,并成功完成维修。结论在深入理解了Force FX-8C型号电刀的电路原理的基础上,才能更快的确定故障器件,降低医疗设备的维修时间和费用,更好地为医院服务。
        Objective To provide the theoretical support for the rapid location of faults and the equipment maintenance and facilitate the exchange and learning of equipment maintenance experience with counterparts, the failure of Force FX-8 C electrosurgical generator encountered in daily work was analyzed and summarized. Methods The hardware composition and working principle of the electrosurgical generator were clarified by studying the diagram of the electrosurgical generator and reading the chip manual.The equipment faults were located according to the error code, and the measurement for circuit board signal was carried out by using measuring tools such as oscilloscopes and multimeters. Results The reasons of the four common faults encountered in daily work were clearly defined from the circuit principle, and the principles of low-voltage power supply circuit, radio frequency output circuit, control circuit, and high-voltage power supply circuit were deeply understood. Then the fault devices were determined and the maintenance was successfully completed. Conclusion Based on an in-depth understanding of the circuit principle of the Force FX-8 C Electrosurgical Generator, it is possible to determine the faulty devices faster, reduce the maintenance time and the maintenance cost of hospital equipment, and provide better service to the hospital.
