摘要
在《安全生产应急管理执法检查清单》基础上,采用AHP法确定评价指标主观权重,熵权法确定评价指标客观权重,将定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法,提出了基于"AHP+熵权法"的量化应急检查标准,并以某石化企业为例,开展应急准备评估工作,应用效果良好,进一步证明了该检查标准具备良好的广泛性和科学性。
        On the basis of the"List of Enforcement Checklists for Safety Production Emergency Management",AHP method was used to determine the subjective weight of evaluation index,and entropy method was used to determine the objective weight of evaluation index.By combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,a quantitative emergency inspection standard based on "AHP+entropy method"was proposed.Taking apetrochemical enterprise as an example,the emergency preparedness evaluation work has been carried out,and the application effect is good,which further proves that the inspection standard has good universality and scientificity.
