摘要
【目的】为黑小麦在锌胁迫下的锌生理研究及其锌育种提供参考依据。【方法】以4个黑小麦品种(系)为材料,利用锌胁迫的方法,研究0、50、100、200、400、800 mg/L Zn SO4溶液对黑小麦种子萌发、幼苗生长和酶活性的影响。【结果】4个黑小麦品种(系)的苗高、鲜重、发芽率、根冠、SOD和CAT活性均随着锌浓度的增加,呈现先增加后减少的趋势;根长则呈逐渐减小的趋势;POD活性和须根数随锌浓度升高而升高。【结论】锌浓度在50~100 mg/L可以更好的促进黑小麦生长。
        【Objective】To provide basic reference for triticale( black wheat) physiological research on zinc tolerance and breeding under zinc stress.【Method】The seeds were treated with 50,100,200,400 or800 mg Zn / L and then incubated. Seven days after germination the height,root length,weight,and enzyme activities of the seedlings were measured. 【Result】The results indicated that such data as seeding height,fresh weight,germination rate,root- shoot ratio and CAT,SOD firstly rose and then dropped with the increasing of zinc concentration under the zinc stress. The root length dropped and POD,fibrous root number rose with the increasing of zinc concentration under the zinc stress. 【Conclusion】In conclusion,50 to 100 mg Zn / L can promote the growth of triticale( black wheat).
