摘要
为了研究马铃薯秧与全株玉米、甜高粱的混贮效果,试验采用包膜青贮的方法设置2个试验组,试验A组为20%鲜马铃薯秧与全株玉米混贮,试验B组为20%鲜马铃薯秧与甜高粱混贮,每个处理10个重复。结果表明:试验A组、试验B组青贮饲料感官评价均为良好,干物质和粗蛋白含量均无显著差异(P>0.05);试验A组的粗灰分、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量均显著低于试验B组(P<0.05);试验A组p H值显著低于试验B组(P<0.05),而氨态氮含量显著高于试验B组(P<0.05);试验A组、试验B组龙葵素含量均显著低于马铃薯鲜秧(P<0.05),乙酸含量相对较高,丁酸、异丁酸、戊酸和异戊酸含量均较低。说明马铃薯秧与全株玉米、甜高粱混合青贮均能青贮成功且能降低马铃薯秧中龙葵素的含量。
        In order to study the effect of mixed storage of potato seedling with the whole corn plant and sweet sorghum,2 treatments were set up by the method of coated silage. Group A was mixed with 20% fresh potato seedling and whole corn,and group B was mixed with 20% fresh potato seedling and sweet sorghum. Each treatment with ten repeats. The results showed that the sensory evaluation of silage was good in both two test groups,and there was no significant difference in the content of dry matter and crude protein( P>0. 05). The contents of middle washing fiber and acid pickling fiber in group A were significantly lower than those in group B( P<0. 05). The p H value of group A was significantly lower than that of group B( P<0. 05),but the content of ammonia nitrogen was significantly higher than that of group B( P<0. 05). Compared to the control group,the content of solanine in both two treatments decreased significantly( P< 0. 05),the content of acetic acid was relatively higher,while the contents of butyric acid,isobutyric acid,valeric acid and isovaleric acid were very low. The results indicated that the mixed silage of potato seedling with whole corn and sweet sorghum could be successfully ensilaged and the content of solanidin in potato seedling could be reduced as well.
