摘要
采用乙醇—乙酸法提取马铃薯皮、马铃薯渣、块茎中的α-茄碱,并通过加标法测定了α-茄碱的含量。试验结果表明:马铃薯的不同部位所含有的α-茄碱的量不同,马铃薯皮比马铃薯块茎中的α-茄碱含量高,α-茄碱含量依次为马铃薯皮>马铃薯渣>马铃薯块茎。
The ethanol-acetic acid method was used to extract the α-solanine in peels, tubers and residues of potato, respectively.The content of α-solanine in different parts of potato was determined by standard addition method. The results showed that the content of α-solanine varied in different parts of potato, and the highest content of α-solanine was observed in potato peels followed by residues and tubers.
