摘要
加强创新创业教育是适应经济新常态的必然趋势,也是地方高校提高教育质量、全面深化改革的必由之路。创新创业教育与食品科学与工程专业教育的深度融合,不仅需要科学系统的顶层设计,而且需要构建全面、连贯和富有专业特色的课程体系。详细阐述了学校食品科学与工程专业创新创业教育与专业教育交叉融合的探索和实践,以期为创新创业教育在相关专业的推广普及奠定理论和实践基础。
Strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education is an inevitable trend to adapt to the new normal of economy. And it is the way for local colleges and universities to improve the quality of education and comprehensively deepen reform. For the sake of the depth integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and food science and engineering professional education, not only the scientific need to top-level designed, but also need the comprehensive, coherent and professional curriculum system. This paper detailed the exploration and practice of the of integration innovation and entrepreneurship education and food science and engineering professional education in our university. It laid the foundation of theory and practice for the promotion and popularization of innovation and entrepreneurship education in related majors
