摘要
建立一种微波消解-全谱直读电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)定性定量分析方法,检测野生鸡枞菌子实体中的矿质元素组成。应用浓硝酸-过氧化氢湿法微波消解样品,通过ICP-OES测定得到的发射光谱图、信号强度、背景强度、RSD值等数据,对69种元素进行定性分析。结果显示,鸡枞菌中含17种矿质元素。对17种元素配制合适浓度的系列标准溶液,利用ICP-OES测定相应发射光谱强度,绘制信号强度与浓度标准工作曲线,外标法定量。定量结果显示, ICP-OES定量分析线性范围在2个数量级时,工作曲线线性相关系数在0.999以上;样品测定RSD值为0.51%~9.87%,大部分在5%以内;回收率为91.2%~109.5%;鸡枞菌中含量较高、大于1 000 mg/kg的矿质元素有P、S、K、Si、Al、Mg、Fe,含量在200~500 mg/kg的元素有Ca和Na,含量在10~50 mg/kg的元素有Mn、Ti、Zn、Ba,含量甚微、小于10 mg/kg的元素有B、Cd、Sr、Cu。分析结果可为相关应用研究提供参考数据。
        A qualitative and quantitative analysis method was constructed by microwave digestion directreading inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES), and the mineral elements in wild Termitornyces albuminosus(Berk) Heim were then determined. The samples were digested by wet microwave digestion with solvents of concentrated nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide. The 69 elements were analyzed qualitatively by ICP-OES emission spectrum, signal intensity, background intensity and RSD value of these data. The qualitative results showed that about 17 kinds of mineral elements were contained in Termitomyces albuminosus. A series of standard solutions of suitable concentrations of the 17 elements were prepared. The corresponding emission spectrum intensity was also measured by ICP-OES and the external standard method was used for quantitative analysis. The standard working curve of concentration was plotted against signal intensity. The quantitative results showed that the ICP-OES quantitative analysis linear range was among 2 order magnitude and the correlation coefficient of the standard curve was more than 0.999. The RSD value was between 0.51% and 9.87%, most of which was within 5%. The recovery rate was between 91.2% and 109.5%. The content of mineral elements of P, S, K, Si Al, Mg and Fe was more than 1 000 mg/kg; That of Ca and Na was between 200 and 500 mg/kg; That of Mn, Ti, Zn and Ba was between 10 and 50 mg/kg; That of B, Cd, Sr and Cu was less than 10 mg/kg. The analysis results provide reference data for relevant application research.
