摘要
目前市面上婴幼儿配方乳粉的包装形式主要为马口铁罐和铝箔复合软包装袋,一般马口铁罐的保质期为24个月,铝箔复合软包装袋的保质期为18个月,本文研究了马口铁罐的婴幼儿配方乳粉和铝箔复合软包装袋婴幼儿配方乳粉在货架期之内营养素的衰减情况,宏量营养素中,DHA和ARA具有较高的衰减率,维生素中,脂溶性维生素衰减率较高,矿物质中,碘的衰减率较高。本文对6种宏量营养素、13种维生素、12种矿物质货架期的衰减率进行了分析,给配方设计提供依据。
        The packaging materials for infant formula milk powder in the market are mainly tinplate cans and aluminum foil composite flexible packaging bags. The shelf life of tinplate cans is 24 months, and the shelf life of aluminum foil composite flexible packaging bags is 18 months. In this paper, the shelt life of nutrient decay of intant formula milk powder in tinplate cans and aluminum foil compound soft bag was studied. Results showed that in the macronutrients, DHA and ARA had a higher decay rate, vitamins, fat-soluble vitamins decay rate were higher, In ore materials, the decay rate of iodine was higher. The investigation about the decay rates of 6 macronutrients, 13 vitamins and 12 minerals within the shelt lifecan provide valuable suggestions for formula design of infant formula milk powder.
