炎症性肠病共患睡眠障碍(综述)

摘要
睡眠障碍是炎症性肠病常见的共患病之一,可能与炎症性肠病的疾病活动程度以及复发相关。本文回顾了近年来炎症性肠病共患睡眠障碍的临床、基础和治疗等方面的研究,提示炎症性肠病共患睡眠障碍在临床、诊疗、相互作用机制方面的研究较少,研究结论不一致,且缺乏更客观和标准化的睡眠测评工具,未来也需要更多睡眠评估和治疗干预对炎症性肠病结局影响的研究。
Sleep disorder(SD) is one of the most common comorbidities of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),which may affect the severity,activity,and the risk of relapse of IBD. Here we reviewed the publications about the association of IBD with SD. It suggested that there was less information of researches about treatment,interactive mechanism and related factors of IBD with SD,the conclusions were inconsistent,and the lack of accurate objective and standardized tools for sleep assessment. Further studies are needed to evaluate the impact of sleep evaluation and subsequent therapeutic intervention on the disease outcomes of patients with IBD.
