摘要
为减少2017年江苏省基础性地理国情监测工作量,提高生产效率,本文研究了一种基于同一性叠置分析的地理国情数据融合技术。首先是在识别数据类型后,进行投影、格式转换和省级数据去细化等预处理;在数据质量检查合格后,对两套数据进行同一性叠置分析;根据叠置分析成果进行变化信息的判断和变化要素的提取;在此基础上将从省级国情数据中提取的变化要素融合到国家国情数据中,同时,完成省级国情数据细化的还原以及TAG、FEATID等字段的国家国情数据的继承;最后,对融合的地理国情数据进行拓扑等质量检查。生产实践表明,该技术能较好地利用江苏省2016年度数据更新成果,促进2017年江苏省基础性地理国情监测项目的顺利实施。
        In order to reduce the workload of basic geographic condition monitoring in Jiangsu Province in 2017 and improve production efficiency,this paper studied a technology of data fusion in geographical situation based on identity. Firstly,it needed to identify the data type. After that,it performed preprocessing such as projection,format conversion and data refinement at the provincial level and so on. Next,it needed to read two sets of data for the identity when the data quality was passed examination. Afterword,according to the identity,the new layer was used to judge the change information and extract the elements. On this basis,the change factors extracted from the provincial geographic condition data were integrated into the national geographic conditions data. At the same time,it accomplished the reductions of the provincial geographic condition refinement and the inheritance of TAG and FEATID and other fields which was from the national geographic conditions data. Finally,the fusion data of geographic condition was checked such as topology and other quality inspections. The production practice shows that this technology not only can make better use of the data update results of Jiangsu province in 2016,but also ensure the successful implementation of the basic geographical situation monitoring project in Jiangsu Province in 2017.
