摘要
极地航行船舶在建造中有大量带线型的船板需要进行水火工艺弯板。由于破冰需要,钢板整体较厚,因此火工量较大。船厂与合作单位针对不同交货状态及化学成分的钢板进行火工试验和分析,发现正火钢在火工水冷后出现冲击韧性下降的现象,而碳当量较低的TMCP钢强度则在火工空冷后明显下降,表明钢板在生产应用中需严格控制火工最高温度和次数。
        A large number of hull plate with ship lines needs to receive water and flame bending during polar ship building.The thickness of hull plate is large and the working load of flame forming is high due to the demand of ice-breaking.Guangzhou Shipyard International Co.,Ltd.and its partner performe flame forming test and analysis on hull plate in different delivery conditions and chemical compositions.The impact toughness of normalized steel after flame forming and water cooling and the strength of TMCP steel with low carbon equivalent value after flame forming and air cooling both decrease,which reveals that the max.temperature and frequency of flame forming shall be restrained during application.
