摘要
采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、室温拉伸、低温冲击等方法,研究了σ相的析出和消除对2205双相不锈钢组织和力学性能的影响,用于指导双相不锈钢夹具的热处理。结果表明:随σ化处理时间的延长,晶粒尺寸减小,拉伸强度和屈服强度持续增加;随σ化处理时间的延长,冲击吸收功呈先升高再降低的趋势,48h时冲击韧性最好;双相不锈钢夹具通过σ相析出和消除的热处理工艺能达到提高强度和韧性的目的。
        In order to guide the heat-treatment craft of duplex stainless steel fixture,the σ-phase precipitation and elimination of duplex stainless and its influence on micro-structure and impact property were studied by means of optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM), room temperature tensile and low-temperature impact testing. The results show that the grain size decrease, the tensile strength and yield strength increase all the time with increasing σ treatment time. The impact toughness increase firstly,and the maximum volume fraction is observed after σ treatment at 48 h,and then decrease with increasing σ treatment time. The heat-treatment craft by σ-phase precipitation and elimination can used to improve strength and toughness of duplex stainless steel fixture.
