摘要
针对直流电力系统中快速上升的短路电流在混合式断路器中转移困难的问题,开展了混合式断路器自然换流过程影响因素的分析研究。通过搭建仿真模型对短路电流在高di/dt时的转移过程进行仿真分析,得出了电流转移时间与转移电流峰值、晶闸管组件的阈值电压和通态电阻的关系曲线。最后通过样机进行短路试验,验证了仿真分析的合理性,并对晶闸管组件中串联元件数目不同,电流转移时间仿真值与试验值出现的差异做出了解释。
The Factors affecting the process of natural commutation in the hybrid circuit breakers are analyzed, which are mainly for the difficulties of transferring in hybrid circuit breakers when a short-circuit fault occurs in the DC power system. The relationship in the current transfer time with the peak value of transfer current, the threshold voltage and the on-state resistance of the thyristor component is obtained by establishing a simulation model and analyzing the short-circuit current at a high di/dt. Finally, the test was carried out by the prototype, which verifies the rationality of the simulation analysis. The difference between the simulated value and test value of the commutation time is explained because of the different number of series elements in thyristor module.
