摘要
随着专利激增,为解决如何预先识别核心专利此类难题构建专利评估模型。之后,以中国化学制药百强2000—2010年的发明授权专利为样本,通过线性回归验证评估指标效力,通过标准化系数赋予指标权重,构建核心专利判定模型。最后,通过构建的指标体系测算中国化学制药百强企业2011—2014年申请的专利,探索其关键技术布局。
        With the proliferation of patents, this paper constructs a patent evaluation model to solve the problem of how to identify core patents in advance. Then, the paper takes the invention patents of China's top 100 pharmaceutical companies from 2000 to 2010 as samples, constructs a core patent decision model by using linear regression to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation index. and giving weight to the index through the standardized coefficient. Finally, the paper calculates the patents applied by the top 100 chemical pharmaceutical enterprises in 2011-2014, and explores the layout of the key technologies.
