口腔按摩对脑瘫患儿流涎康复疗效的观察

摘要
目的:探讨口腔按摩对脑瘫患儿流涎康复的疗效。方法:收治脑瘫患儿46例,随机分为两组,各23例。对照组进行一对一言语训练,语言训练主要采用S-S法和传统的口舌肌训练,试验组在对照组的基础上进行口腔按摩训练。两组患儿均进行为期3个月的治疗,对比患儿治疗前后口水的评分。结果:试验组治疗前TSD评分为(52.2±3.2)分,治疗3个月后为(61.5±4.9)分;对照组组治疗前TSD评分为(52.5±3.2)分,治疗3个月后为(50.6±3.3)分;治疗3个月后试验组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔按摩结合常规康复训练可以有效缓解患儿流涎。
Objective:To explore the effect of oral massage on the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Methods:46 children with cerebral palsy were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 23 cases in each group,for a speech training,the language training mainly uses the S-S method and the traditional tongue muscle training were applied in the control group,the experimental group performs oral massage training on the basis of the control group.Both groups of children were treated for 3 months,we compared the saliva before and after treatment.Results:The TSD score of the experimental group was(52.2±3.2)points before treatment,and(61.5±4.9)points after 3 months of treatment.The TSD score of the control group before treatment was(52.5±3.2)points.After 3 months of treatment,(50.6±3.3)points.After 3 months of treatment,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.The two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral massage combined with routine rehabilitation training can effectively alleviate children's hooliganism.
